The Polycom HDX 8000 is a high-performance HD room system.
The system possesses an integrated Multi Control Unit (MCU). With an optional multipoint license, up to four video conference systems (3+1) can be connected to a single video conference.
The system is equipped with the high-quality Polycom EagleEye III camera with 12x optical zoom at 1080p30 resolution.
According the version, the Polycom HDX 8000 runs 720p30 or 1080p30 HD resolution and shines with its excellent image and tone quality, even at low bandwidths.
The HDX 7000 distinguishes itself from the HDX 8000 primarily through more limited connectivity. For instance, the basic version can only be connected to a single display.
We recommend the Polycom HDX 8000 for small and mid-sized conference rooms.
